Sales Assistant (m/f/x) 100% / Store: St. Moritz

To strengthen our sales team of the company Davidoff & Cie SA we are looking for a motivated and committed Sales Assistant (m/f/x) 100% for our store located in St. Moritz, starting immediately or by mutual agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide active and friendly advice to our customers and conduct professional sales consultations.
• Exemplary operation of the cash register, completing daily closing processes and reconciliation in accordance with procedures.
• Inspect incoming goods, issue invoices and credit notes via the cash register system.
• Use your creativity to decorate windows, showcases, and sales areas attractively. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's facilities and technical equipment (e.g., humidor) and ensuring cleanliness in the store.
• Handle repairs and complaint processing according to guidelines, gift wrapping, refilling lighters, replacing flints, and assisting with inventory checks.

Requirements:

• Completed retail training with several years of sales experience under your belt.
• Your high motivation, reliability, and flexibility make you a great fit for our team.
• A communicative, service-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Fluent and target-audience-appropriate communication in German and English (written/spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• A friendly, team-oriented, and proactive personality, combined with a well-groomed appearance, rounds off your profile.
