Reports can be submitted with your name or anonymously, ensuring your protection. We guarantee that no identifying information will be traced back to you unless you provide details that might reveal your identity. A guided registration form is available to assist you in providing the necessary information.
Once your report is submitted, a secure mailbox will be created specifically for you, allowing for confidential, anonymous communication. Activating this mailbox will greatly assist us in following up with you and addressing your report. We will reach out to you as soon as we have reviewed your information.

Oettinger Davidoff offers a Whistleblowing System that allows employees as well as external third parties such as Suppliers to anonymously report violations, grievances and risks allowing Oettinger Davidoff to investigate the concerns raised and take respective action if needed. To raise any concerns, Suppliers can access “iWhistle”or scan the following QR Code. Oettinger Davidoff assures that "iWhistle” guarantees full anonymity for the whistleblower at any given time.
