For our Global Procurement team we are looking for a



Team Leader Operational Planning (m/f/d) 100%



Responsibilities


As part of the Corporate Procurement management team, you will be responsible for operational planning to implement the strategic procurement targets. You will also be responsible for optimizing the associated processes and help shape the general departmental objectives. You will lead and develop the “Operational Planning” team and play an active role.


  • Optimally ensuring the availability of goods, taking into account the inventory specifications and range profiles
  • Defining, designing and monitoring KPIs for the area of responsibility in close coordination with the management team
  • Optimization of processes and the use of appropriate tools for the continuous improvement of operational procurement and implementation of corresponding best practices (also across divisions)
  • Quantitative and qualitative maintenance of material master data and purchasing parameters, taking strategic guidelines into account
  • Recording feedback on supplier performance and managing action plans for correction/improvement
  • Internal contact person for related departments, such as Sales, Logistics, Customs and ICT
  • Collaboration on company projects with the requirement to independently manage cross-functional sub-projects



Requirements


You are a determined, team-oriented person who is used to acting confidently and competently in a dynamic environment. You have the following qualifications:


  • Completed studies at FH level or basic commercial training with appropriate further training
  • Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in retail or FMCG
  • Analytical thinking and acting are among your strengths
  • You are responsible, strong negotiator, independent and goal-oriented
  • You act efficiently in order to consistently achieve demanding targets
  • Excellent communication skills and strong assertiveness
  • Profound knowledge of SAP R3/S4 SAP-MM and SD Purchasing
  • Sound user knowledge of the MS Office package, with a focus on Excel
  • Business fluent language skills in German and English round off your profile, knowledge of French and Spanish would be an advantage
