For succession planning, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Account Manager – Duty Free (m/f/d) 100% for the Swiss market, to start immediately or by mutual agreement.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop the Annual Budget within area of responsibility and contribute to the global 5-year Growth Plan for the BU
  • Generate sales and profit according to business plans and budgets
  • Conduct regular market / customer visits and negotiation rounds to implement the defined strategy
  • Continuously improve relationships with existing partners
  • Develop New Business in collaboration with superior and focusing on top potential markets, channels and locations
  • Regularly conduct analyzes on customers / consumers (travelers) trends, shopping habits, in close collaboration with global GTR marketing and education as well as regional leaders in the Americas, Asia and EMEA
  • Assist and/or lead customer events, consumer events involving the partnering departments and stake holders
  • Participate actively into the forecasting process (DFC) as well as Portfolio's Management related to area of responsibility
  • Determine and conduct effective planning and regular interaction with customers in the area of responsibility
  • Implement the marketing activities calendar for ODAG products. Manage proactively risks and opportunities within area of responsibility
  • Implement the commercial policy in terms of portfolio & pricing
  • Deliver forward-looking Management Reports, incl. customers' performance, competitor analysis, activities, results and efficiency for area of responsibility


Requirements:


  • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Proven experience in key account management
  • Experience in Duty Free environment is an asset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Retail environment in general
  • Results driven, analytical and entrepreneurial / self-guided
  • Intellectually curious, execution-driven with a passion for winning
  • Affinity for Premium Cigars
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft package and CRM / SAP / Business Warehouse
  • Entrepreneurial personality that understands the corporate world of family owned company
  • Positive can-do attitude: a self-starter who pro-actively takes action
  • Drive for results and customer focused
  • Ability to create connections also at emotional level
  • Team player and adept at working with and through a matrixed organizational structure
  • Self-motivated, able to achieve high impact in a complex environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to change with little notice
