For our Global ICT department, we are looking for a motivated ICT-Client & Collaboration Supporter (m/f/d) 100% to join immediately or by mutual agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring 1st Level and On-Site Support as well as assisting with the resolution of incidents (2nd Level)
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Mac clients using Intune
- Optimizing existing IT solutions and introducing new ones (including analysis, testing, and documentation)
- Providing application support, Active Directory administration, and maintaining technical documentation
- Performing system maintenance and communicating instructions to employees
- Participating in and leading infrastructure projects as well as training end-users
- Supporting remote sites without local IT support and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Improving end-user services and representing their interests within the ICT organization
Requirements:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in the IT field, especially in the service desk
- Solid knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Power Apps, network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common ITSM tools (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and administration of Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk Plus
- Structured, independent working style with a strong customer and quality focus
- A communicative team player with good German and English skills; additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
- Experience in technical project management and ideally Apple certification
